There are all sorts of synthetic grass types – there’s grass for sports, play and landscape. When it comes to synthetic grass hire there’s really only two variations you need to concern yourself with.
Short pile and long pile.
In our business we use the longer pile synthetic grass most of the time. Why?
Because after years of dealing with synthetic grass we know that it’s almost always the best option.
- it’s softer
- it provides a better surface
- it’s safer
- it looks better (many people think it’s real grass)
Also, our synthetic grass is made here, in Australia, and it’s the best quality synthetic grass going around. It’s UV protected and has been designed to withstand lots of traffic and all sorts of punishment you can throw at it. This includes, pets, humans, high heel shoes, alcohol and food.
While we could use cheaper and imported short pile grasses and increase our margins, it’s not our style. We’re here to make your event special so we’re not in the business of cutting corners and using offshore “cheap and nasty” grass variations.
These two pictures say it all.
Please note: There are some instances when the type of synthetic grass required will be a short pile. In this case we use a quality version too. The point of this article is to inform you that the longer pile grass is very good and we use it for most functions.
